The practice of yin yoga involves holding poses for 2-5 minutes and works on our connective tissues. Yin is gentle and slow and the very essence is meditative. This is why yin yoga pairs so perfectly with sound healing. Bask in the healing vibrations of sound while holding these poses to double up the benefits, release further restriction in the body and unwind the mind.
