Ingredients:

1 – 14oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
6 1/2 cups hot water

Mini marshmallows & other toppings – sprinkles, chocolate shavings, chocolate syrup etc!

Directions:

Empty the can of sweetened condensed milk into a large saucepan.

Add in the cocoa, vanilla and salt. Heat over medium heat, mixing well.E

Stir in the water slowly and heat until through. Do not boil.
