Join us Sunday May 5, 2024 from 1-4pm for a special event in honour of Red Dress Day May 5. Wazin Ichinabi Ti House of Oneness is proud to partner with The Canadian Library to create a beautiful art installation that will bring attention to the many missing or murdered Indigenous women and girls in Canada.
Join us to cover one or more books in fabric and then place them on a book shelf which will remain at the Centre as an art installation. Names of victims, embossed in gold, will be placed on the spines of some of the books.
