Bike Drop-off: 9:00AM to 10:00AM
Bike Swap: 10:30AM – 2:30PM
Unsold Bike Pick-up: 2:30PM – 3:30 (hopefully none!)

You can register up to 3 bikes at a time. Please read the Rules below before registering your bike(s).

BIKE COCHRANE BIKE SWAP RULES – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Registration Fee: sellers will donate $15 to register up to 3 bikes. If you are selling more than 3 bikes, you will donate another $15. Non-refundable. Payment is to be made in the registration form.

Bike Cochrane, affiliated sponsors & volunteers are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.

Equipment consigned should be in good working order and clean, no broken or damaged items please. Bike Cochrane reserves the right to not accept items that appear damaged.

Sellers can take their bikes into Big Hill Cycle for a bike check prior to the swap. This will be the seller’s responsibility and at no cost. Big Hill Cycle will not be completing bike checks at the swap.

Sellers determine the sale price of their bike(s).

Sales must be completed by cash or e-transfer directly to the seller. If the buyer truly wishes to use a credit card through Bike Cochrane’s Square system, an additional 3.5% of bike cost will be charged at the buyer’s expense. Bike Cochrane will not profit from the bike sale. Bike Cochrane will then send an e-transfer to the seller for the amount of the bike sale.

Items cannot be placed on hold during the swap.

All sales are ‘as is’.

All sales are final. No refunds will be given.

Prices for items cannot be changed during the swap without approval of the seller, if present.

All unsold items must be picked up during designated pick-up hours on Swap Day. If you wish to donate your bike, Cochrane Kiwanis will be accepting donations to their Bike Program. Items left will be donated to Cochrane Kiwanis. You must come in person to find out if your bike sold.
