As Cochrane prepares to kick off another busy construction season, Administration is hosting a capital project open house to share details of the upcoming infrastructure investments with the community.
Hosted at The Station, located at 360 Railway St W, Cochrane, on Wednesday, March 29th from 3pm to 8pm, the open house provides residents, local business owners and interested stakeholders the opportunity to drop in at their own convenience and talk to Cochrane staff about these upcoming projects.
“Over the last couple of years, Cochrane Council has made significant investments in Cochrane’s infrastructure – from improvements to Railway Street, to construction and opening of the Jack Tennant Memorial Bridge and James Walker Trail, to the resurfacing of the Centennial Park Playground,” said Pinky De La Cruz, Director of Engineering and Asset Services. “2023 represents another significant investment year, as we look to complete some critical projects as well as initiate a number of new ones. This open house is a great opportunity for all interested community members to learn more and share their feedback.”
