Calling all running enthusiasts >>> Get your shoes laced and your spirits high because Footstock 2026 is Sunday, May 31st and it is bigger and better than ever!

Featuring the always-popular Kids’ Triathlon, the 18k Relay, Family Fun 3k, PLUS the 5k, 10k and the brand new 18k running race… Footstock has a race for you!

Trevor Dickson Memorial Kids’ Triathlon: This event has ran for 20+ years and has become a Cochrane-kid right of passage.

Barnett Orthodontics Family Fun 3k: Perfect for families and beginner runners! Enjoy a scenic route with minimal elevation change.

Sunset Ridge Dental 5k: Experience a moderately challenging course with stunning river views.

Two Pharmacy 10k: For those looking to push their limits!

Cochrane Dairy Queen 18k Solo: Test your endurance with the most challenging race yet!

Great Things In Store 18k Corporate / Friends / Family Relay: Teams of 3, each runner completes one leg of the race (10k, 5k or 3k)

FOOTSTOCK DONATES ALL PROFITS TO LOCAL CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS IN COCHRANE & AREA, AND HAS DONATED OVER $115,000.

EVENT DETAILS & PERKS

Post-Race Breakfast: Refuel with a delicious and nutritious breakfast at the Stampede Caravan Pancake Breakfast from 8am to 10:30am.

Kids’ Triathlon: It’s no secret that this Kids’ Tri is a Cochrane favourite, so don’t forget to pre-register, as spaces are limited.
May 18th to 30th – Free Triathlete bike check at Big Hill Cycle (note: this is a basic bike safety check and not a tune-up.)
