This was 8:15am on a Saturday morning in Historic Downtown. If I was in Banff and there were no cars, I'd walk to the middle of Banff Avenue for a no car shot of town, so why not in Cochrane? I took photos & video for about 10 minutes from the middle of the road in historic downtown, when I heard a vehicle coming and turned around to see an ambulance, stopped... wondering why I was hanging out in the middle of the road? (Hopefully they were heading for coffee & no one had called them about the lady wandering down the middle of the road!) I gave the ambulance a quick wave hello and a shrug of my shoulders to say "why not? and went back to the sidewalk to let them pass. I mean the sunrise on this morning was too impeccable to miss. *Sam #mycochrane
