November is Family Violence Prevention Month. We’ll be discussing ways our local emergency shelter, Big Hill Haven can help you or someone you know get the help you need throughout the month.
The Giving Tree – Grab a tag from the tree and purchase the item listed on the back! Then return the item to one of the available locations to donate to our Cochrane Activettes, in support of other Cochranites in our communities who need help. Approximate dates November 20 – December 10, 2020. Stay tuned for more information!
Remembrance Day events – We will be livestreaming the Remembrance Day ceremonies this year, so no need to head down to the Cenotaph. Stay home and watch from your jammies instead! Live-stream begins at 10:30am approximate.
