Easy, Buttery Shortbread

Ingredients:

2 cups butter, room temperature
1 cup white sugar
2 tsp vanilla
4 cups all purpose flour

Directions:

Gather all ingredients and pre-heat the oven at 350F.

Beat softened butter and white sugar in a large bowl, with electric mixer until light and fluffy.

Stir in vanilla.

Add flour. Mix well until combined.

Bake in the oven for 10 – 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
