An introductory class to help you become comfortable with a sewing machine. Learn the stitches your machine can create in decorating a plain piece of fabric. Learn how to use a serger, how to install a zipper, and how to create a simple bag with many uses.
All levels welcome! All materials for this workshop will be provided. There are 8 sewing machines available but feel free to bring your own (cost varies based on this).
Whether you’re a complete beginner with no prior experience using a sewing machine, just starting out on your sewing journey, or simply seeking a relaxed sewing retreat, this workshop is ideal for you!
