Summer Kickoff at SLS Centre

June 27, 2023 @ 6:30 pm - 11:30 pm

Join SLS Centre for its SUMMER KICKOFF special event on Tuesday, June 27. Festivities begin at 6:30 pm, located in the back parking lot and field near the Riverside Entrance.

 
The event is set to be a fun-filled evening featuring the following activities:
 
    • Dunk Tank
    • Bouncers
    • Face Painting
    • Game Stations facilitated by our 2023 Summer Camp Leaders
    • Outdoor Fitness activities instructed by our Fitness Department Team
    • Outdoor Volleyball Court and Yard Games
    • Beer Garden (18+)
 
Several local organizations and sports & program partners will be in attendance to connect with the community. The following organizations and partners are confirmed:

  2. Tri-Hub Swimwear and Multisport
  3. Rocky View Lacrosse
  4. Reflex Supplements
  5. Sport 4 Life Cochrane
  6. BGC Cochrane

  9. Autism & Aspergers Friendship Society
  10. Trellis Society
  11. Cochrane & Area Family Resource Network
  12. Generation Wave Scuba
  13. UCalgary Gymnastics – Cochrane
Activities will wrap up by 9:30 pm and the evening will conclude with an OUTDOOR MOVIE starting at 9:45 pm. Popcorn will be available! Go to SLS Centre’s Facebook page to vote for which movie you want to watch.
