Last week I was invited to a Girls Night Out at the Cave Sauna Day Spa. When I told my husband that I would be going, he actually laughed at me as I do not ‘spa’. But the prospect of an evening with the gals was too good to pass up, so I grabbed my bathing suit and towel and was out the door!

I won’t regale you with our night of deep conversations, but I will say that we definitely melted away the stresses of the day (and the week). The Cave Sauna Day Spa was more than luxurious and once we got the hang of it all, the fun really set in.

The plan was HOT and then COLD and because each of the cave saunas offered a unique climate that varied both in temperature and humidity, this would apparently cause our body to release all the toxins.

Cold Options:
Ice Bucket
Cold Bath/Shower
Cold Massage Shower
Ice Rub (melt ice on hot self!)
Cold Kneipp Water Path

Hot Options:

Did we feel good after our two hours session?? Yep.
Were we relaxed? You bet!

And, because we were a group of 8, we had the whole place to ourselves, with a nice group discount to boot!

Should you book a girls night out at the Cave Sauna Day Spa??Yep.
Will your girlfriends thank you? You bet!

ENJOY!
