The Rockin’ Rudolph Reindeer Run and Jingle Dash is Saturday, December 2nd at 10am.
This 5K run / walk along the scenic Bow River in Cochrane (route TBD), is the perfect way to kick off the holiday season with family and friends. As this is a FUN run, you can complete this run / walk at your own pace – stroll, brish walk, jog or run + plus, there will a short Jingle Dash kids race that will be hosted by Santa!
All 5K participants will receive a festive holiday beanie and a finisher’s medal, with the 100m Jingle Dash being for kids ages 2 to 7 years of age.

Please note that this is an outdoor event and the trails might be icy or snow-covered. Make sure to dress appropriately, layer up, and wear suitable footwear for the snowy pathways. The temperature cutoff for the 5K is -20°C, and if it drops below -15°C, the Jingle Dash will be moved indoors to the Garmin Track.
