Your Guide to Cochrane’s
Must-Attend Events
Starts Here!
1. N. HEAZELL – This was take from the Glen Boles paths over in the West Terrace area. I’ve been taking shots over winter and spring and there’s so much white and muddy brown colour everywhere, it’s been nice that colour is returning! Obviously this is the Bow River as it snakes around.
2. L. HEAGY – On Saturday, May 23, 2025,I was driving to Cochrane from Airdrie & stopped on Glendale Road to capture this photo looking East towards Calgary. The sky was pretty black & the clouds looked angry.
3. M. PROUT – Golden hour taken on my drive home to Cochrane lake.
4. S. LINDSAY – This was photographed on Saturday evening, heading north, just coming into town off Highway 22. It was at approx 7:30 and the rainbow was stunning against the dark sky.
5. L. PETERSON – After the new rain the flowers bloomed on our beautiful tree. Summer is here
6. TERRY DEISMAN – Taken at the No Frills Parking lot…it appears our town is about to be swallowed up by an incoming Tsunami.
