WHAT: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments or disabilities. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and patient care, as well as experience with MVA , sports injury and WCB injury. The Physiotherapist will work closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and enhance mobility.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical abilities and limitations.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.

Utilize various therapeutic techniques to improve patients’ mobility and function.

Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, exercises, and self-care strategies.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy practices and advancements in the field.

Requirements:

Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
Valid physiotherapy license to practice in Alberta.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Strong practice in manual therapy is an asset
