A small COVID-safe opening ceremony with a plaque unveiling and official dedicationis scheduled for this evening, followed by a fireworks show and light display.
The celebrations are already underway with under-deck lighting starting at dusk Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
The bridge will be open to traffic later Thursday night; the last light display is on Friday October 16.
