Youth Unplugged event. – This one-day free impactful workshop is geared towards our youth between the ages of 13 and older.

Quick overview:
Youth Unplugged is dedicated to promoting mental wellness and resilience among young people in Cochrane and the surrounding communities. Youths from diverse backgrounds will come together to share experiences, learn, and take part in meaningful conversations about mental health.
By fostering open dialogue and engagement, we aim to break the stigma surrounding mental health challenges and empower young people
to seek support without fear or hesitation.
