The Mindset Lab Winter Registration

We’re thrilled to announce a brand-new program at BGC Cochrane & Area: The Mindset Lab!

What is it?
The Mindset Lab is a 9-week brain fitness program where kids ages 5-17 earn Mental Mastery Belts by building the executive function skills they need for school, friendships, and life.

How does it work?
Through high-energy games, movement challenges, and teamwork missions, kids progress from White Belt to Black Belt, not by age, but by mastering real skills like emotional regulation, task initiation, planning, and goal-directed persistence.

• No worksheets or sitting still
• Play-based learning that kids actually enjoy

• Skills that reduce daily battles and build independence

Program Details:
• Start Date: Week of January 19, 2026 – various dates & time slots available
• Ages: 5-17 (three age-based pathways)
• Pricing: $200 (1 day/week) or $350 (2 days/week)
• Registration Opens: January 5, 2026
