Alberta 55 Plus (Zone 2) invites Cochrane and area Seniors to a free, fun day of BOCCE BALL and CORNHOLE (Beanbag Toss) on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 from 10:00am to 3:00pm at Frank Wills Community Hall, Cochrane, Alberta. Parking is available at the hall and bring a lawn chair.
Come on out! Try a new sport! Meet new friends! A BBQ lunch of hot dogs, fruit cups, chips and water will be served. If you wish to make a donation for lunch all proceeds will go to Frank Wills Community Hall.
Many Zone 2 members just returned from competing in the Canada 55 Plus Summer Games in Quebec City held from August 27-30th!
Established in 1980, Alberta 55 Plus is a not for profit volunteer group. We help mature Albertans enjoy a healthy, vital future through active lifestyle choices and promote sports and recreation development for all Albertans 55 years of age and older. Our membership includes Albertans from eight different zones of the province.
