Parent & Teen/Tween Self-Defense Fundraiser

Mitford Playground Committee is teaming up with Tom Gillis to bring you a parent and child self-defense class. This two hour event will teach you and your tween/teen some basic skills to identify potential threats, avoid dangerous situations and some practical physical skills.
All money raised from this one night event will be going toward a new inclusive playground at the Mitford School. This playground will not only support the Mitford school but the community at large.
All teens and tweens need to be accompanied by and adult.
