GUIDED NATURE WALK

A guided nature walks led by our psychologists. These events blend the restorative power of nature with practical psychological insights. Together, we’ll explore how spending time outdoors can reduce stress, boost mood, and enhance connection—with ourselves, each other, and the natural world.
No experience needed—just a willingness to slow down and be present. solo and group reflection
What can I expect from a therapeutic nature walk?

These walks are focused on slowing down and getting in tune with nature and oneself. Counsellors will lead this event and provide both teachings and questions meant to support and encourage reflection and growth. As a small group, we will do a short and easy guided walk through a local natural area, taking time to pause and reflect both as an individual and with the other participants.
