CAST at The Common Works in Cochrane

We’re pleased to share that The Common Works is a Community Sponsor for CAST 2026, the Calgary Artists Studio Tour!
CAST is a self guided art weekend that invites the public to explore artists’ studios across Calgary and surrounding areas, meet artists in person, learn about their creative process, and purchase original work directly from them.
This year, a wonderful group of Cochrane and area artists has chosen the Makespace at The Common Works as their temporary studio for the weekend. We are especially proud to see such a strong number of Cochrane artists participating this year. This is sure to be a stop on the tour not to be missed.
We’ll be opening our doors to art lovers, collectors, and visitors to come meet the artists, experience their work up close, and be part of this vibrant celebration of local art.
