Eligibility: Applicants must be Cochrane high school graduates who are either attending or planning to attend a post-secondary institution.
Age Requirement: They must be 21 years of age or younger as of June 1, 2025.

Community Involvement: Applicants should have a history of volunteering in the Cochrane community.
