Grab your gloves! The 28th annual Branches and Banks returns to Mitford Park on May 23 to plant trees.

It’s the 28th Branches & Banks! Grab your spade and join us for a morning of tree planting with family, friends, and neighbours.
Cochrane Branches & Banks is back for the 28th year! This year we will return to Mitford Park to plant in the upper riparian area. This community event is a great outing for all ages, bring your friends and family or come on your own and meet your neighbours!
Organized by CEAC (Cochrane Environmental Action Committee) in partnership with the Town of Cochrane, over 1200+ trees and bushes will be planted. Be sure to dress for the weather as the event goes ahead rain or shine. Bring gloves and spades for planting. Don’t forget to bring your water bottle.
On site Volunteer Check-In starts at 9:00 am – look for the white canopy near the pathway. Parking available in the adjacent parking lot – walk over to the site.
