Workshop: Capacity Under Pressure

March 3 @ 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Feeling stretched thin? Overwhelmed?

Still showing up and getting it done, but wondering how long you can keep this pace?

You’re not alone. In collaboration with CETS (Cochrane Emergency Training Services), we are hosting a 90-minute workshop on Monday, March 3rd designed specifically for people who are committed, capable, and completely maxed out.

What you’ll learn:

Why your brain feels “full” (and what to do about it).

Practical tools to build capacity when you can’t add more hours to the day/

How to strengthen your resilience without adding another thing to your to-do list.

This isn’t therapy. It’s not meditation.

It’s brain fitness – practical, science-based strategies and tools you can use immediately.

Who this is for: Parents juggling work and family. Professionals managing high-stress roles. Anyone who needs more capacity but doesn’t have time for “one more thing.”

Tickets: $20

Date: Tuesday, March 3 2026

Time: 6:30 – 8:00pm

Location: Cochrane Emergency Training Services, 218 5Ave.W. (Door is next to the Cochrane Movie House Entrance)
