About Martin Parnell:

After a 25-year career in mining, Martin launched his Quests for Kids initiative, completing 10 endurance challenges — including 250 marathons in one year — and raising over $1.3 million for Right To Play; helping 27,000 children gain access to sport and education.

He’s the author of three books and Executive Producer of The Secret Marathon documentary, inspiring audiences to set goals, overcome obstacles and “finish the race.”

Martin lives in Cochrane with his wife, Sue, and is an active member of the Rotary Club of Cochrane.
