Marni will lead us through a gentle yoga class to ground and create spaciousness and ease within the body in order to prepare for the powerful breathwork practice.
Kevin will lead us through a ceremonial practice of conscious, connected breathing. Breath-work helps us to calm our nervous system, cultivate inner-knowing, and promotes overall wellbeing. This can be a beautiful tool for transformation.
Our time together will end with a short meditation before we close in a connected sharing circle.
We cannot tell you how happy it makes us to be able to offer this husband and wife co-facilitated offering in this sacred space that we built to share with you.
We are invested in encouraging the continued growth as individuals and as a deeper more intimate community. This will be an offering we will host every second Sunday (next one will be Jan 29).
