THE YURT: Drum Journey, Yin Yoga & Meditation

This meditative experience of drum journeying has been handed down through the centuries from the ancestors of our land. In the past the wisdom of elders was difficult to access, however Ceasar has had many spiritual encounters through use of the medicine wheel, pilgrimages, vision quest and especially Sundance which now allows him to access that wisdom and use it in ceremonies. He is honoured to share his respect and love of this ancient culture with you and bring back the sacredness of these traditions.

The union of drum journeying with Ginette’s passion for Yin Yoga, Breathwork, Qigong and Meditation will create a euphoric experience, awakening the mind body and spirit. As we let go of stress, tension, trauma in the physical body with our gentle yin yoga poses, we allow emotional pain to also melt away. This release frees and opens space for the drumming to heal us deeper and thus hightens our experience. Qigong allows this energy to flow more freely, unblocking obstacles so we can have the most profound experience. This medicinal ceremony is a beautiful elixir to open the door to our souls purpose, our true essence.
