This gathering is more than just a dinner—it’s a space for real conversations\, where men openly share the importance of breaking the silence and finding strength in vulnerability. Through inspiring stories and lived experiences\, the evening will highlight how men can embrace openness and prioritize mental well-being. \nA dynamic panel featuring men’s voices from diverse walks of life. These voices will lead an engaging discussion on how each they actively breaks the silence to support their own mental health\, offering insight\, encouragement\, and practical ways for others to do the same. \nThis event is a call to men everywhere: together\, we can end the silence and build healthier\, stronger communities.
