DESCRIPTION:New to 3D printing and design? \nPerfect for beginners\, this hands-on program introduces you to the basics of Tinkercad\, a user-friendly online tool for creating 3D models. Over three weeks\, you’ll learn to navigate the Tinkercad interface\, design simple shapes\, and combine them into more complex structures. Each session builds on the last. By the end of the course\, you’ll have the skills to bring your digital creations to life and a solid foundation in 3D design. \nJoin us for a fun and educational experience in digital creativity! \nBasic computer skills are required. We will supply laptops\, but feel free to bring your own if you feel more comfortable using it. \nAdult supervision required for children under the age of 12.

SUMMARY:A Grinchy Christmas Morning
DESCRIPTION:Join us at the Cochrane Movie House on December 13th for a showing of The Grinch (2018 movie) and meet the Grinch in person! We will also have a raffle\, bake sale\, and hot chocolate station. Come when the doors open to save your seats and be first in line to meet the Grinch. Before the movie starts we will be having a Christmas sweater contest\, a Christmas carol sing-a-long\, and game show style trivia game. So wear your most festive sweater and really get into the Christmas spirit. All proceeds will be going towards the playground replacement at the Mitford School. \nDoor open at 9:00am the movie and games start at 9:45am. \nTickets available at:\nhttps://www.zeffy.com/en-CA/ticketing/grinchy-christmas-morning \nDid you know that school playgrounds expire and 100% of the cost to remove\, purchase\, and install playground equipment must be fundraised; usually by a parent group! A section of the Mitford Playground is about to be decommissioned the Mitford Playground Committee needs to raise $300\,000 so that the children of the school and the community at large have a playground to learn and grow on.
