And remember\, as always\, all the funds going directly to the musicians. \n\nQuote the Raven\, the acclaimed Canadian duo of Jordan Coaker and Kirsten Rodden-Clarke\, have been enchanting audiences with their haunting harmonies and sharp wit for over a decade. Originating from Newfoundland and Labrador\, their unique blend of Americana and East Coast folk has garnered them widespread recognition. \n\nTheir sophomore album\, “Can’t Hold the Light\,” which delves into the lives of working musicians\, won the 2022 East Coast Music Award (ECMA) for Contemporary Roots Recording of the Year and received two Canadian Folk Music Award nominations. The duo has also been honoured as Music Newfoundland & Labrador’s Group of the Year in 2019\, 2021\, and 2022. \n\nIn 2025\, Quote the Raven received multiple ECMA nominations\, including Album of the Year for their upcoming release\, Map the Dark\, and Roots Release of the Year for their single “Already Gone.” \n\nAs of 2025\, Quote the Raven has achieved over one and a half million streams across various platforms\, reflecting their growing international appeal. With a dynamic stage presence\, the duo has performed extensively across Canada and internationally\, including tours in Australia\, the UK and US.
