DESCRIPTION:Cultivate Cochrane Society is a local non-profit organization that teaches people about growing food in this climate\, food sustainability\, supporting community connections\, and increasing one’s resilience in the ongoing changes happening around the globe regarding food\, water\, and health access. We also require board members to oversee the operations of Cultivate Cochrane\, continue building community networks\, and increase stakeholders.\nIf you would love to work with an exciting group of passionate people who love food and seeing things grow\, reach out to us. You do not need a green thumb or need to know how to garden. We can teach you\, plus people with a variety of skills are needed. If you have an idea to bring forward\, please let us know. We will work with you to match your interests with our needs. Individuals\, groups\, and organizations are welcome. People of all ages and life stages are welcome. Perhaps this could be a team building opportunity for your organization\, church\, community group!

DESCRIPTION:Join me for this 5-week series in the Seniors on the Bow auditorium\, SLS Centre. \nThis class is for anyone who is new to line dancing or who wants to gain more confidence with their basic line dance skills. (Under 18 welcome if mature and registering with a guardian.) \nThe focus will be on basic line dance steps such as jazz box\, toe strut\, v step\, k step\, rumba box\, lock step\, mambo\, grapevine\, etc. \nLearn 8 fun dances to a variety of upbeat music in a fun\, relaxed environment.
