We also require board members to oversee the operations of Cultivate Cochrane\, continue building community networks\, and increase stakeholders.\nIf you would love to work with an exciting group of passionate people who love food and seeing things grow\, reach out to us. You do not need a green thumb or need to know how to garden. We can teach you\, plus people with a variety of skills are needed. If you have an idea to bring forward\, please let us know. We will work with you to match your interests with our needs. Individuals\, groups\, and organizations are welcome. People of all ages and life stages are welcome. Erin is passionate about helping adults\, couples\, teens\, and children through a wide variety of challenges including transition to parenthood\, adulthood\, divorce\, or retirement\, healing from trauma past or present\, addressing unhealthy patterns in relationship\, and through loss\, including loss of a loved one\, a marriage\, or an aspect of identity.
