Are you ready for Cochrane’s BIGGEST Garage Sale at Leah’s Marketplace!?
Leah Real Estate Group has partnered with the Cochrane Lions Club and Hyperion Moving Systems to bring you the 16th Annual Garage Sale & Market in support of our local emergency shelter, Big Hill Haven!
Every year, we accept item donations from the community, and 100% of the sale proceeds are donated to Big Hill Haven, last year we raised over $6,000!
For item donations, we will be accepting donations for TWO DAYS ONLY at Cochrane Lions Event Centre, on April 30th & May 1st from 8am-8pm.
If you have been doing some spring cleaning and looking to get rid of stuff, this is your perfect opportunity!
Some restrictions to item donations apply, including but not limited to:
clothing
books
tires
mattresses and bed frames
computers, printers, and computer accessories
car seats
liquids

Items must be in clean, usable condition, and we reserve the right to refuse donations at the time of drop off.
The Garage Sale accepts CASH or SQUARE PAYMENT.
Don’t forget to visit the upstairs market! You will have the chance to check out and support a variety of our local small businesses.
