November 20th PD Day Workshop: Short Form Video Content and Creation for Ages 11-17

Sleeping Giants Theatre is excited to announce that we’ve teamed up with local photographer and videographer, Renewed Visual, to bring you an incredible PD Day Camp for the aspiring social media influencer in your life!

This full day workshop will take you through all of the steps required to create incredible short form videos for Tik Tok, Instagram or Youtube.

We’ll go through all the technical elements of how to shoot, including what equipment you need, and how to get the most out of the equipment you already have, as well as how to make sure your lighting, sound and camera angles are giving you the effects you desire. Next we’ll go over ideas and script creation, giving guidance and helping you to create a compelling video idea that will get all the likes! After that’s created, we’ll go through acting skills and techniques that will help you make the most of your amazing script idea. And we will film your videos, with expert guidance and coaching to guarantee your best performance. Finally we’ll go over everything you need to know about editing your video before you upload. This will include which technology to use, and what tips and tricks you can use to create an awesome video that you’re totally proud of and can’t wait to share with the world!

At the end of the day, you’ll walk away with at least one professionally filmed and coached video to share on your social media, and all the skills to create many, many more!
